ZLCpress currently employs around 30 people who operate on a production area of ​​2400 square meters plus a mold warehouse, a finished products warehouse and a new metrology room equipped with the most advanced testing and inspection systems. We are able to produce aluminum castings from a few grams up to 5 kg in weight using the most common secondary aluminum alloys

In addition to aluminum die casting, metal finishing and simple mechanical processes such as threading, tapping and rolling are developed within it.

The partnership with other Italian companies in the industrial park allows us to complete the customer service with CNC machining (milling and turning), assembly and pre-assembly, painting and construction of molds and equipment.

All company processes and those outsourced operate under the ISO 9001 quality management system.
